  2. Pork rinds is bad to the health, high in fat that is deep fried causes heart diseases and blood clots, etc.

    Many foods in this list I would not put in healthy snacks

  3. Beef jerky and almonds do it for me. I can be as hungry as ever if I’m on the road and the easiest thing for me is to eat some type of beef jerky from a convenience store or supermarket. I really believe with the protein content in jerky anyone can lose tons of weight. There’s gotta’ e someone out there who’s done the beef jerky diet. Imagine eating that along with low-glycemic veggies and fruits. I think I’m going to try it and thanks for reminding of this superfood!
