    I had a delightful cauliflower heavy cream chicken soup…

    No I actually gagged and had to throw it away. I’ll give this a shot again tomorrow

  13. This is a very tasty recipe. I would add the cheese after the cauliflower and cream had reduced to the desired thickness -mine wound up mostly melted to the bottom of the pot despite stirring frequently and watching the flame. Otherwise the flavor was delicious. Thank you Sahil for generously sharing your talents with us. I make several of your recipes frequently and enjoy watching your videos.

  26. I made this yesterday and it was delish! Give yourself enough time to make it – the cauliflower does take a while to cook to a grits consistency but worth it.   39. Another good replacement for grits is spaghetti squash. Roast it a touch longer than you normally would so that it breaks down beyond the “noodle” consistency. With plenty of cheese and butter thrown in it mixes into a good approximation of creamy grits. Found this out when I accidentally over cooked it a while back.

  47. A little oil, garlic paste and some salt…. then fry on medium heat with a cower for 2-3 minutes will make the cauliflower ready!! No mess with fluids!

  51. You didn’t drizzle that sauce you went on about, over the final dish. I feel you made pordge not grits, cauliflower was to over done too be considered grits. Get the name, needs a bit of grit and meal. You made mush by over cooking. Sorry, truth is good, not out to be nasty.

  52. I must try this dish! BTW, I’m living in Australia and have felt really deprived since the bacon here is not anything like bacon in the U.S. Then someone recommended that I try spec….It’s pricey, but it fries up and tastes like the bacon I know. I’ll be using it in this dish!

  56. I’ve made a Keto Shrimp and Grits. I add Hemp Seeds and Cream Cheese to it, and replace water with Chicken Broth. But I will have to add lemon juice to the shrimp for my recipe. Tarragon is an amazing topping for it.
