  1. Oh wow, these are awesome! Good job I only got 3 (big) ones and a baby one from the dough. I had one warm from the oven with butter. I had to increase the baking time, and they did sink slightly in the middle. Maybe needed a couple of minutes more, probably because they were bigger? I also reserved a tiny bit of the beaten egg to glaze so I didn’t have to use another. Thank you so much. x
