  9. I tried it with my toaster oven (don’t have a microwave) and it took a lot longer. I put it on broil and took them out/broke the edges off as they brown faster than the middle. Wish I had a microwave! They still turned out pretty good though 😁 thanks for the recipe!!

    I just made these and I ate them ALL!
    They taste exactly like Cheez-its!
    I didn’t have fresh parmesan cheese, so I used the Kraft kind along with 2 tablespoons of fresh shredded asiago. After they came out of the microwave I sprinkled Kernel Season white cheddar popcorn salt on them WOW! So flaky and delicious!!

    Egg – The egg acts as the binder for these almond meal crackers.
    Sea salt – Adds savory flavor to the low carb keto crackers. (Salt is not usually counted by convention since everyone always has it, so this recipe is considered 2 ingredients.)

    HOW TO MAKE KETO CRACKERS

    2 cup Blanched almond flour
    1/2 tsp Sea salt
    1 large Egg (beaten)

    This low carb almond crackers recipe takes less than 30 minutes! Here’s how to make keto crackers in 3 easy steps:

    *Mix up the paleo crackers recipe dough.* You can make the dough for these almond flour crackers in a food processor, or stir the dough by hand in a bowl. Just mix the almond flour and salt (and other herbs or spices if you prefer) together, and then add in the beaten egg.
    Shape the keto crackers. Place the no carb crackers dough in between two layers of parchment paper and roll it into a rectangle shape. Then, just cut the almond flour crackers keto dough into rectangles.

    TIPS FOR THE BEST LOW CARB CRACKERS RECIPE
    The easiest way to handle the almond crackers dough is by oiling your hands just a little bit. This will prevent sticking. It’s not required, but worth a try if you find the dough sticky to work with.
    Make sure to roll out the dough to an even thickness – the thinner, the better! Uniform thickness ensures that your paleo crackers cook evenly, and rolling them extra thin ensures that they get crispy.
    When rolling out the dough, your goal is a rectangle, but it usually rolls out into an oval, so you may need to cut away some dough and re-attach it. You can do this as many times as you need to.

  57. My three year old is on keto for seizure control and he misses crackers SO MUCH and I made these plain and with ranch seasoning and he was absolutely thrilled!!!! We have to count “diabetic carbs” so it’s tough to get snacky snacks to make a toddler happy. These were quick and perfect!!

    My additions….turmeric…hot sauce….black pepper…..trigon…..and pinch of basil
    I baked it in a pre heated cast iron skillet @ 375 for 7 minutes (for people who don’t use micro energy don’t worry about those Jackasses abusing your intelligence cause you ask a question about baking these lovely snacks) depending on your heat in the oven, keep an eye on it, it shouldn’t be more than 7 minutes to crisp up. Now with all of that being said , if you smoke weed or have edibles one batch ain’t gonna be enough

    As for the cheese crackers, I prepare the mixture and keep it in the fridge so that I can freshly bake daily. I also use pecorino cheese as it is less salty. I also press sesame seeds when I am rolling out. They are quick and delicious and I thank you, my keto days just became more tasty and fun 🇬🇧

  79. Homemade Greek Mediterranean seasoning. The best selling one at the store, even the salt -free variety, contains msg.( always has and still does as far as I know.) Simply sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, a fair amount of freshly ground black pepper, and I use pink Himalayan salt. For a pizza or southern Italian flavor, simply add a little dried basil or just Italian seasoning with your choice of salt.
    These look just divine! Will definitely make these on Saturday. Probably will make extra for Sunday as well. I would think that this dough would freeze very well when rolled in ball and slightly flattened across top and bottom with parchment wrapped in foil.   86. Thank you so much for this recipe. Okay, I don’t know if I’m lazy; but, I WAS limited for time making these today. Haha I did not even measure and did not score or put holes in. I literally added almond flour and grated, canned Kraft parmesan cheese to a bowl until it “looked like enough”, mixed it with a spoon and added water until it got “doughy”. I did roll it out between 2 sheets of parchment paper and sprinkled a combo of Himalayan salt, hemp seeds, and flax seeds. Then tossed it, as is, into the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes. Once the sheet was golden brown I took it out to cool and just broke it up like bark. My sister AND the dog approved, both of which are picky eaters. I then mashed a ripe avocado, salt and cilantro in a bowl to spread on the “crackers”. I’m in pig heaven, without being a piggy! THANK YOU!!!!

Well for auto immune Paleo diet I think adding coconut butter and almond butter along with chopped walnuts pecans and something called flakers that are flaxseed soaked in apple cider vinegar and and then dried. I also think chef buck on YouTube has a great cauliflower pizza crust and he grapes the cauliflower and dehydrates it on the pan just letting the cauliflower steam off. So again for auto immune Paleo whole foods are better than even the processed almond flour. So you could add a tablespoon or two of coconut butter which you can make your own and grind in a Cuisinart or you can purchase it. Maybe a quarter cup of the chef box style of dehydrating the shredded or grated cauliflower. Using the flax seed crackers and grind them into flax flour Adding that would be a great cracker as well. The coconut butter replaces the cheese for those who cannot have cheese. And the toppings are endless crashed Pepitos crushed pecans hazelnuts any kind of cracker. Love your channel great job

  105. This looked so appetizing but I only had coconut flour and some cheese singles, but I came up with a recipe based on yours that worked really well! I melted a couple of cheese slices in about 100-150 ml of boiled water (eyeballed it) in a bowl, added some nutritional yeast, salt and garlic powder, about 4 or 5 tsp of coconut flour, then a generous pinch of fine psilium fiber (helps bind). Spread and sliced squares on parchment paper, microwaved for 3 minutes with loosely folded parchment underneath (previous attempt caused moisture on the plate) then pealed off the paper and put in the toaster oven upside down until golden. Perfect crackers! Will try the almond version as soon as I buy some.

  119. I made these, they were pretty good! I would roll them out just a little bit thicker though, if they are too thin they break easily

  127. Hi Joe! I just made this with Jarlsberg cheese and it works really well, kind of a lighter smoother flavour. I seasoned them with dried tarragon, basil, and cracked black pepper. Just waiting for them to cool off. Thanks for the recipe!!

  130. Finally a simple cracker recipe that’s crispy AND tastes great! Microwave works good for a quick snack. I used the oven to make larger batches with varying thickness and sizes, all @ 350 with varying times until golden brown. Thank you for this awesome recipe!

  133. In your video you say to add 1 tsp of water and in the written recipe it says 2 tsp. I’m guessing 1 tsp is the correct amount?

  142. I made a small batch of these today…..delicious! I topped them before baking with salt, everything but and garlic powder. I baked mine in the toaster oven and they turned out great. Going to try them in the microwave soon. Thanks.

  144. I made a small batch last night. I used a tortilla press to flatten my dough. Of course I used parchment paper on the bottom and top of the tortilla press. I used rosemary garlic seasoning which I mixed into the dough. Ate half last night and the other half this morning. Very fast, very easy and delicisous. Going to make more tomorrow to give to my family members. I know they will love them.
