  1. Joe, first I must thank you for your delicious recipes!! I’ve tried several and have several more on my list. ♥ What is the best way to keep these crispy? Others I have made lose their crispiness when stored in an airtight container.

  2. These look amazing and I can’t wait to try them! I’m think of trying to make them nacho cheese or sour cream and onion flavor 🙂

  3. I would totally add the everything but the bagel seasoning OR the nacho cheese popcorn seasoning to make them like a cheez it!

  4. I was craving something crunchy and savoury today but its 2am here in the UK Ill have to make them tmrw 😂😂😂😂

  5. So I just did this and my dough keeps falling apart. I even added a tad bit more water…… 1/2 cup of almond flour and 1/2 cup of parmesan….

  6. I can’t wait to make these. You have become a staple to my keto lifestyle. Thank you so much for sharing your recipes, you’ve saved me on more than one occasion from pillaging my kids Halloween candy. ❤️❤️❤️

Everything bagel seasoning for the win!!!

  7. Omg! I can’t wait to try this! I’d put chili lime seasoning that I found recently and I’ve put it on everything! So good! I would also add Cayenne pepper! I love spicy! I’m even thinking of making a cinnamon sugar one too!!!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

  8. i’m gonna try garlic, onion, parsley, and paprika for my husband! he’s been doing keto and it’s a lot harder to find things he can snack on without being overloaded with carbs.

  9. I tried it with my toaster oven (don’t have a microwave) and it took a lot longer. I put it on broil and took them out/broke the edges off as they brown faster than the middle. Wish I had a microwave! They still turned out pretty good though 😁 thanks for the recipe!!

  10. I’d use Tanjin – habanero seasoning, or
    white cheddar popcorn seasoning ❤
I’m a new subscriber! Thanks for the recipe!!!!

  11. Can’t wait to try these!! Going to give everything bagel seasoning a go! And maybe some cinnamon sugar 🤤🤤

  12. Все рецепты у него хороши!!! А особенно мне нравится что делаются в микроволновке!!!

  13. You are amazing! I was craving carb crackers but after this I am so happy that I can have crackers without feeling guilty 🙂

  14. I’d put ancho pepper and cocoa, I know if sounds crazy, but the combination actually works… anyways, I hope I win your cookbook, I’m a huge fan!!!

  15. To be honest. This keto diet is confusing and it scares me. Only because I can’t get the protein part right. Like how much should I intake? Like 1 pork chop? or like 1 breast? Like when is it enough and not too much?

  16. The cheese is it the same as cream cheese or mozzarella cheese?
I am in Nigeria and those above mentioned cheese are seen here.
I want to make this keto crackers please I need answer

  17. I cant wait to try these later. I’m gonna make some jalepeno cheddar and some with everything seasoning!! Thanks for the recipe

  18. So for the cheese can you used the Parmesan cheese in the can or does it have to be fresh grated? They look delicious !

  19. hi thanks that look so easy and fast I will try red paprika with Cayan and then ground cumin (separately) yum thanks

  20. Awesome! Just made these! I added garlic, onion & black pepper, directly into the almond flour! Worked just as well! Also zapped a little longer for color! Thank you for this!😄

  21. Can these be done in a conventional oven instead? If so time/temp, please? Also, would it mess up the finished product if you add a flavoring before VS after cooking?

  22. I was thinking about adding cinnamon as a seasoning!? Always looking for a sweet treat… Can’t wait to try these! Your recipes have made this journey really easy and convenient! 🙂

  23. Need to get my food processor fixed so that I can make these! I’d probably top with EBTB seasoning, because … yum!

  24. Totally made buffalo ranch flavor and I’m thinking about trying everything bagel seasoned ones as well. Or maybe cinnamon and swerve…yea a sweet one as well. Oh so many options!!

  25. OK…..Where can I find the PRINT RECIPE on this site……I really dislike having to view YOUTUBE versions..GRRRRRR !!!!!

  26. Can you reccomend an alternative to Almond flour. I can’t go near it because of nut allergies! Same with Soya too.

  27. Even using just 1/2 cup each and blender was not bad but going to finally invest in a basic scale and food processor to perfect this recipe.

  28. Love ur recipes..they are straightforward n easy. I just so happen to have those 2ingredients..soooooo, guess what I’m making tonight? Oooh i cant wait to taste…

  29. If these aren’t perfect timing! Making chili tomorrow and I was getting bumbed that I didn’t have anything to dip/dunk! So excited to give these a try!

  30. Microwave?😯
Is there an alternative? Like put it in the oven? If so what temperature and for how long? Also if I were to make these in the microwave would they become soft and Soggy after 24 hours if I store them in a sealed container?

  31. Hi Joe, just baked them and consumed them. Easy and quick with these 2 basic ingredients. I had a mixture of Parmesan, cheddar and another unidentifiable grated cheese in my box. The crackers turned so delicious; and such handy snack when I crave for crisps. Many thanks 🇬🇧

  32. Whoa!
I just made these and I ate them ALL!
    They taste exactly like Cheez-its!
I didn’t have fresh parmesan cheese, so I used the Kraft kind along with 2 tablespoons of fresh shredded asiago. After they came out of the microwave I sprinkled Kernel Season white cheddar popcorn salt on them WOW! So flaky and delicious!!

  33. What would you season these with?!
Also, 2 THINGS: Make sure you let them cool after you cook them THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. They need time to crisp up. Number 2, the amount of water you’ll need may change depending on how much moisture is in your parm.
    Written recipe:

  34. Could I use coconut flour since I have a nut allergy? I am just starting this Keto life..and so much calls for Almond Flour.

  35. I just made these and they are AMAZING!! Thank you for this delicious recipe. It’s so nice to have something crunchy that isn’t a vegetable and I didn’t have to pay a fortune for (i.e. Quest chips). I’m glad the macros are so good because they are very easy to eat. 🙂

  36. I love your recipes! I’m on WW but my son likes keto. You’re my go to on good recipes. I’ve made your brownie batter and he loves it! I made a pan of your keto brownies today. They are so good. I know he will love them. Thanks 😊

  37. Ok The microwave rearranges the molecular arrangement of the food and kills it nutrition. Can you cook them in the oven??
Thank you for sharing this recipe! It looks delicious!

  38. Just made them (gosh, are they easy and quick to make!) and just wanted to say thx.

    Here is my result:

Finally something quick I can nibble on when watching TV. Cheers mate! Subscribed! 👍🏼😉

  39. This sounds great but there’s no way I’m going to go out and buy a microwave oven just for this. What about those of us that choose not to own microwaves?

  40. I am going to use my tortilla maker to make these . I will put them between parchment paper . Hope it works ! Wish me luck! LOL

  41. I must try this, however, I never microwave anything, it kills the nutrients in your food. So do you know how I would bake these in the oven? On what temp? Anyway, I also would add my seasonings to the dough not season after they are cooked. Thanks for sharing this! 👍

  42. Could you please wear a ‘decent’ something? People go to any length to prove they are different an unique – that ‘dress’ is plain ugly.

  43. How long do I bake them in a Nuwave or Flavorwave type oven (we don’t have a microwave)? And do you think Vegan Parmesan will work? I’m willing to give it a try! Thanks!
Umm, I noticed you haven’t yet answered any of the alternative oven questions, just wondering…

  44. Really want to make this recipe. Don’t use a microwave oven though. How long and what temperature in a conventional oven please?

Here’s all you need to make this almond flour crackers recipe:

Blanched almond flour – People sometimes ask what kind of almond flour to use for these keto crackers. I recommend a finely ground, blanched almond flour like this one. You could try an almond meal, but the texture will be different.
Egg – The egg acts as the binder for these almond meal crackers.
Sea salt – Adds savory flavor to the low carb keto crackers. (Salt is not usually counted by convention since everyone always has it, so this recipe is considered 2 ingredients.)

    2 cup Blanched almond flour
    1/2 tsp Sea salt
    1 large Egg (beaten)

This low carb almond crackers recipe takes less than 30 minutes! Here’s how to make keto crackers in 3 easy steps:

*Mix up the paleo crackers recipe dough.* You can make the dough for these almond flour crackers in a food processor, or stir the dough by hand in a bowl. Just mix the almond flour and salt (and other herbs or spices if you prefer) together, and then add in the beaten egg.
Shape the keto crackers. Place the no carb crackers dough in between two layers of parchment paper and roll it into a rectangle shape. Then, just cut the almond flour crackers keto dough into rectangles.

The easiest way to handle the almond crackers dough is by oiling your hands just a little bit. This will prevent sticking. It’s not required, but worth a try if you find the dough sticky to work with.
Make sure to roll out the dough to an even thickness – the thinner, the better! Uniform thickness ensures that your paleo crackers cook evenly, and rolling them extra thin ensures that they get crispy.
When rolling out the dough, your goal is a rectangle, but it usually rolls out into an oval, so you may need to cut away some dough and re-attach it. You can do this as many times as you need to.
Let the carb free crackers cool completely before handling. They need to cool to crisp up.

  46. I’m going to season them with my favorite go-to seasoning, Mccormick Himalayan Pink Salt with Black Pepper and Garlic.

  47. I followed the recipe. Perfect, quick and easy. Had to tweak for my microwave. But Bro it’s November, a tank top! We could still see you’re fit with a well fitted short sleeve shirt. IJS

  48. Super easy recipe I will definitely make triple batches.. I did season mine in the processor the house smells great and they taste great!!

  49. Are you from Buffalo? I noticed from your Keto Bread video that you had a Buffalo, NY t shirt on, and was just wondering, because I’m from there.

  50. Omg, I was just at the grocery yesterday drooling over the cheez it’s. Wanted some so bad. Thank you for this recipe

  51. These are very good! And so easy to make! But I got about 50 crackers. I made them really thin. You must have cut them really small to get 100. Thanks for the recipe. ❤️

  52. Second Try , 1100 microwave
At 1:30 start to burn a little.
    Pull out rest 10-20 minutes
    Not too Crunchy Duffman, Help!!

  53. This is awesome! I don’t own a microwave, so how would i make this in the oven? Also how long do you thibk these will last if i make a huge batch?

  54. I just made this recipe for the first time and I LOVE it! I added a teaspoon of butter, a dash of salt, garlic powder and grinder parsley directly to the dough before I baked it in the oven. They came out GREAT! Thanks for sharing this recipe! 👍😊

  55. Im not keto, but damn ( que trevor noah voice). 2 MINUTES.!!!
THANK YOU. Have you tried it with other cheeses? Have you tries mixing the seasonings into the almond mixture.?

  56. You know it hard to take this guy seriously when he looks like he is off Jersey shore. Not to say he has bad intel on keto just hard to watch.

  57. My three year old is on keto for seizure control and he misses crackers SO MUCH and I made these plain and with ranch seasoning and he was absolutely thrilled!!!! We have to count “diabetic carbs” so it’s tough to get snacky snacks to make a toddler happy. These were quick and perfect!!

  58. I made these tonight, did everything you did plus my additions
    My additions….turmeric…hot sauce….black pepper…..trigon…..and pinch of basil
I baked it in a pre heated cast iron skillet @ 375 for 7 minutes (for people who don’t use micro energy don’t worry about those Jackasses abusing your intelligence cause you ask a question about baking these lovely snacks) depending on your heat in the oven, keep an eye on it, it shouldn’t be more than 7 minutes to crisp up. Now with all of that being said , if you smoke weed or have edibles one batch ain’t gonna be enough
    Eat responsibly

  59. How long do you cook in electric oven and temp. I don’t see the point of using the food mixer when you could use your hands. Nice recipe

  60. I just made these. They were really good! It’s so easy too! I worked out the nutrients:
    10 crackers= one serving
    53 calories, 4.2g fat, 1.2g net carbs, 2.6g protein, potassium 2%, calcium 5.2%, vitamin A 1.1%, Iron 1.5%
    Thanks, Joe!

  61. Hi, just read some of the comments and I am shocked at the way people respond and treat each other. It was very unpleasant read. Can you band them?
As for the cheese crackers, I prepare the mixture and keep it in the fridge so that I can freshly bake daily. I also use pecorino cheese as it is less salty. I also press sesame seeds when I am rolling out. They are quick and delicious and I thank you, my keto days just became more tasty and fun 🇬🇧

  62. Had to come back to say how much this really tasted like cheese its! not even like knock off, but like the real thing. amazing!

  63. Omg, it works!! Very happy! Gives thin fragile crackers, but very crispy. I have a 1200w microwave and did 2×52 seconds. Would you have a recipe for crackers just like this, but without the cheese flavor, so I can use it as a base for different toppings? Thanks!

  64. I thought I had commented, but I guess not! I have made this recipe many times and even gave them as gifts. They are delicious and so easy!! I am so glad to have tasty crackers to have with soups and dips. Thank you!

  65. Stop saying “anyways” all the time. The word is “anyway” without the s. The word “anyway” already implies multiple ways. 🙂

  66. I make beef jerky with no sugar (Mikhaila Peterson’s recipe), and give them to my five year old son who loves them. We call them “muscle crackers”, and he gets instantly stronger when he eats it and shows off his flexed arms. 💪

  67. My heart sank as soon as you said “parmesan cheese”. I’ve been keto for a few years, but because of migraines I can’t tolerate aged cheese. Is there a workable substitute for it?

  68. How about we make this easy instead of your long drawn out method. Equal parts almond flour and parmesan cheese mix together roll out cut with a pizza cutter to desired size microwave couple of minutes. Let cool season is desired. A 30 second video.

  69. I tried it. It was awesome. Thank you. The only thing I would change is to spray the baking paper with oil. It was a pain to peel off. 😅

  70. So, being the (VERY) odd man out, what temperature and time for the oven?
    [No microwave. Don’t ask… 🤪].

  71. I have not made these yet but I think I will tray Braggs Nutritional Yeast seasoning! which i have also not tried …

  72. do all almond flour taste the same? I bought Blanched Almond Flour by Nature’s Eats from Walmart and i’m not a fan at all .

  73. These are amazing ! Husband and
    7 y/o son approved !!

I blended up mine with dried rosemary and black pepper. YUM 😋

  74. So almond flour, Parmesan and water? Easy peazy… but technically that’s three ingredients lol… can’t wait to try these though. Thank you

  75. I just stumbled on this video and love it. I got a question though, how long would those last if incase I want to make a lot and store?

  76. Omgosh you’re a genius. We have not had a microwave for a few years though, so I will try these in the oven.

  77. Hello! Thank you so much for this recipe. It seems easy to make.. except I don’t have a microwave. Would you please add oven directions for this recipe. Also, have a child who is allergic to nuts, and I don’t tend to have anything in the house he can’t eat. Is there a comparable substitute for the almond flour?
    Thank you again!

  78. Ahhhh! You lost me at ‘microwave’. I’ll try this one time with the old ‘oven baked’ method; I’m pretty sure I have the time.

  79. Homemade Greek Mediterranean seasoning. The best selling one at the store, even the salt -free variety, contains msg.( always has and still does as far as I know.) Simply sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, a fair amount of freshly ground black pepper, and I use pink Himalayan salt. For a pizza or southern Italian flavor, simply add a little dried basil or just Italian seasoning with your choice of salt.
These look just divine! Will definitely make these on Saturday. Probably will make extra for Sunday as well. I would think that this dough would freeze very well when rolled in ball and slightly flattened across top and bottom with parchment wrapped in foil. Friends, family, or unexpected guests pop up and voila. Thanks to all y’all who keep keto fresh, fun, and delicious!

  80. Shout out to the “OCD” keto peeps lol 😝 where ya at

    * hidden valley ranch pack
    * Mc kormick BBQ seasoning
    * dry mustard & red pepper flakes was interesting for spicy 🌶

  81. Just saw this, both ingredients in pantry. Made two batches. One in the microwave and the other in the oven. Now I’m officially addicted. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!!!!!.

  82. Great east recipe. But please don’t use the term OCD like that. It’s a serious mental illness, and it’s not a joke.

  83. These are fabulous and so easy. They are even strong enough for dip. I dont have a food processor (yet) so I used my trusty blender and it works just fine. Thanks so much for sharing this!!!!!

  84. These are so tasty and crunchy! A++ 😃 I did 2 batches to try it in the microwave and other in the oven. I preferred the oven batch as they came out crunchy and crispy. I liked the taste and yes these can definitely be flavored up with other seasonings😉. Thanks for sharing this recipe absolutely love it 👍👍

  85. These are great. I think I’ve tried every keto cracker recipe out there. Or rather I thought I had. These are so ridiculously simple and yet, they are the best. Thanks 😊

  86. Thank you so much for this recipe. Okay, I don’t know if I’m lazy; but, I WAS limited for time making these today. Haha I did not even measure and did not score or put holes in. I literally added almond flour and grated, canned Kraft parmesan cheese to a bowl until it “looked like enough”, mixed it with a spoon and added water until it got “doughy”. I did roll it out between 2 sheets of parchment paper and sprinkled a combo of Himalayan salt, hemp seeds, and flax seeds. Then tossed it, as is, into the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes. Once the sheet was golden brown I took it out to cool and just broke it up like bark. My sister AND the dog approved, both of which are picky eaters. I then mashed a ripe avocado, salt and cilantro in a bowl to spread on the “crackers”. I’m in pig heaven, without being a piggy! THANK YOU!!!!

  87. Oh my goodness, these look delicious and sooooooo easy, thank you!!! I love easy, delicious keto recipes that taste like your worked harder to make them lol

  88. 👄How long to cook in a regular oven? What temp? I don’t own microwave. Would you include regular oven cooking times and temps for other recipes, please.

  89. Can’t believe such a simple recipe is so awesome TY Joe these are my new favorite stay crunchy bake mine 10 minute’s on 350 degrees but so good…

  90. I can not believe this worked and how awesome they are. I used the microwave but am going to try my air fryer next time THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

  91. Wow.. You opened up my eyes! By the way, what if a dairy intolerance like me would like to try making this, any good substitute to recommend?

  92. Thank you so much for the video I loved how simple it was to make! I didn’t have a food processor on hand so I just needed to add more water and keep mixing until it started to form a dough like consistency; it turned out great without any seasoning! This is definitely going to be my new favorite snack after craving cheez-its!

  93. Gosh these are good. I ended up cooking mine for 5 minutes due to my microwave & didn’t use a food processor to avoid more dishes.

  94. Idont have a microwave, do you know what temp and time I can bake? In other cracker recipes I put the spices on before baking pressing them into the dough. Has anyone tried this?

  95. Thank you for this great recipe! Instead of making small crackers I used large circle cookie cutter and made tostadas! Perfect for my shredded chicken.

  96. It’s a process called docking, it prevents them from bubbling up and also can help with cooking completely through

  97. My macros for these are 11g of carbs and 7g of fiber so 4gnet carbs and around 360 cal for the whole things I put it in my fitness pal so how did u get less net carbs than me?

  98. I just want you to know you really should put on a shirt. I turned on your video to see a food and I almost threw up with the hair on your chest. . This is not a joke.

  99. I wonder if I use cheddar cheese and combine the same way then bake them if they will taste like cheeze its. I’ve done just cut up pieces of cheddars but it melts too much then too sharp tasting

  100. I would rather cook this in my toaster oven. I don’t really like using my microwave too often. Is there a set temp and time anyone can suggest? Thanks!

  101. Well for auto immune Paleo diet I think adding coconut butter and almond butter along with chopped walnuts pecans and something called flakers that are flaxseed soaked in apple cider vinegar and and then dried. I also think chef buck on YouTube has a great cauliflower pizza crust and he grapes the cauliflower and dehydrates it on the pan just letting the cauliflower steam off. So again for auto immune Paleo whole foods are better than even the processed almond flour. So you could add a tablespoon or two of coconut butter which you can make your own and grind in a Cuisinart or you can purchase it. Maybe a quarter cup of the chef box style of dehydrating the shredded or grated cauliflower. Using the flax seed crackers and grind them into flax flour Adding that would be a great cracker as well. The coconut butter replaces the cheese for those who cannot have cheese. And the toppings are endless crashed Pepitos crushed pecans hazelnuts any kind of cracker. Love your channel great job

  102. I just made these to eat with my chicken wing dip. They are so fast and good. They really did come out crispy in the microwave. Not that I doubted you. I added my seasonings to the dough. I used a little garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and a dash of seasoned salt. I made a double batch right away since I knew I would be eating them over the next few days. Thank you for this recipe!

  103. I am so making these today! Thanks Joe💝 So what if we added a little nutritional yeast to the dough? More vitamins and more cheesy flavor. I’ll try it for myself to see. I can hardly wait🥳

  104. These are absolutely delicious! 😋😋😋😋😋They are better after cooling completely. Thank you for sharing this recipe. 🙏

  105. This looked so appetizing but I only had coconut flour and some cheese singles, but I came up with a recipe based on yours that worked really well! I melted a couple of cheese slices in about 100-150 ml of boiled water (eyeballed it) in a bowl, added some nutritional yeast, salt and garlic powder, about 4 or 5 tsp of coconut flour, then a generous pinch of fine psilium fiber (helps bind). Spread and sliced squares on parchment paper, microwaved for 3 minutes with loosely folded parchment underneath (previous attempt caused moisture on the plate) then pealed off the paper and put in the toaster oven upside down until golden. Perfect crackers! Will try the almond version as soon as I buy some.

  106. These are amazing!!! Thank you for sharing. Been craving chips type snacks and these satisfy that craving. The only thing I did different is that I added the seasoning before cooking them….stays on better that way.

  107. OMG!! I just tried these crackers, they are da’ bomb! Thank you so much!! You just made my life so much more delicious 💖

  108. I just started Keto this week and your videos are already changing my life. This channel deserves all the subs.

  109. Hey, I love your video! You’ve inspired me to start my own weight loss journey, I’ve actually made a video on my channel about losing weight if you’d like to come and check it out.

  110. Just made these, added pepper, garlic powder, and basil to the mix, then after rolling out, sprinkled with sea salt. I gently rolled into the top of the dough. Tasted great, will make these again, so quick and easy and crispy. Thank you for out to g this out thete

  111. I don’t what I did wrong the dough was crumbly and the first batch didn’t crisp well rolled through thinner and they crispy but hard to take apart

  112. Dude, you’re fn killing it. Nobody has recipes as easy and delicious as you!!! Truly talented. Thank you 😊. Plus your amazing delivery. I would bet you work in video production…

  113. I rarely ever comment on YouTube. However, these are absolutely fantastic! Of all the keto recipes I have tried, this is certainly one of the easiest and very best I have made!!! A+!

  114. I used 1/4 teaspoon of xantham gum instead of the cheese. The texture reminded me of the chicken in a biskit crackers. Will be making again!

  115. Just made these…I just hate Parmesan…and they are not crispy…I put them in the oven to brown and they are okay but I’d really like a recipe using cheddar cheese.*added note: after crisping them up in the oven they were actually quite good.

  116. Omg!!!! I tried this and it’s just great!!!!! Thanks a lot and please keep giving us nice Keto recipes!

  117. Hi Joe, loved the recipe, thank you for sharing!!! Just one question, I don’t use microwave, can I use normal oven?! If so, how long for?! Lots of love from Brazil!

  118. Is there a way to store these crackers in the freezer or something and heat them up some way? I can never seem to plan ahead making the crackers because my family is very spontaneous when it comes to when they want to eat crackers.

  119. I made these, they were pretty good! I would roll them out just a little bit thicker though, if they are too thin they break easily

  120. So tip ….. i season when mixing and roll out between two silicon mats …remove top one and insert into oven for ten minutes or till done

  121. I just made these. I added the spices before baking. I did 65 seconds x2 for my 1000 watt microwave. These turned out great and I will be making again, and again!!

  122. I tried this but it wouldn’t form balls in the processer, I had to use more water. It was super crumbly and didn’t want to form a dough

  123. Hi, these crackers sound awesome! However, I do not have a microwave oven, nor an air fryer. What temperature and how long do they go in the oven?

  124. How are you so jacked on keto? I strength train and lost a lot of strength when I cut carbs too low. That being said, during this quarantine…thing…I’m using the opportunity to cut fat and keto is amazing at that. Which is why I’m here.

  125. Please tell me how you can count the carbs so low, when there is one gram of sugar, and four carbs in a fourth of a cup! Thank you Priscilla!

  126. Can you substitute any other cheeses for Parmasan? And does this work with Coconut flour?

  127. Hi Joe! I just made this with Jarlsberg cheese and it works really well, kind of a lighter smoother flavour. I seasoned them with dried tarragon, basil, and cracked black pepper. Just waiting for them to cool off. Thanks for the recipe!!

  128. Seems it would be easier to coat and season before breaking apart. Can’t wait to try these.

  129. These look delicious, and I can hardly wait to make them! Thanks for his recipe, and for the video tutorial !🤗

  130. Finally a simple cracker recipe that’s crispy AND tastes great! Microwave works good for a quick snack. I used the oven to make larger batches with varying thickness and sizes, all @ 350 with varying times until golden brown. Thank you for this awesome recipe!

  131. these are Fantastic ! … now i have a low carb snack cracker ! just made a 1/2 batch just to see if i’d like them … wish i’d made more … will make whole recipe next time … thanks for sharing !

  132. As we don’t have a microwave, can you tell me, if this recipe works in a regular oven as well? Thanks fo sharing this great recipe!

  133. In your video you say to add 1 tsp of water and in the written recipe it says 2 tsp. I’m guessing 1 tsp is the correct amount?

  134. Never mind! It was the directions that were unclear. When I watched the video again I saw that you added 1 tsp, pulsed the mix, and then added the other tsp of water. Got it!

  141. This is the easiest n healthiest cracker I have ever seen especially for busy folks. What nut free low carb flour can I use…plz help

  142. I made a small batch of these today…..delicious! I topped them before baking with salt, everything but and garlic powder. I baked mine in the toaster oven and they turned out great. Going to try them in the microwave soon. Thanks.

  143. Thank you!! I was just sitting here wondering what I was going to use for my tunafish instead of Ritz Crackers! 🙌🏾

  144. I made a small batch last night. I used a tortilla press to flatten my dough. Of course I used parchment paper on the bottom and top of the tortilla press. I used rosemary garlic seasoning which I mixed into the dough. Ate half last night and the other half this morning. Very fast, very easy and delicisous. Going to make more tomorrow to give to my family members. I know they will love them.

  145. Looks yummy, can you help with temperature and cooking time on an OTG equivalent to microwave please?

  146. Had to try cos you made it look so easy and it was! They’re amazing! Thank you for sharing.
