  1. I should meal prep more often. It encourages me to make healthy meals during the week, instead of grabbing fast food that’s barely keto.

  2. These recipes look Amazing!!! I’m definately going to try the chuck roast and the beef pie. Love your videos and please keep making them. BTW made the fat head pizza recipe and it’s so delicious.

  3. Can I use gluten-free flour for the fathead dough instead of almond flour? The reason I ask is that almond flour is a bit expensive for my budget right now.

  4. Thank you for these recipes. Chuck roast always goes on sale. Since I love beef, I will pick some up.

  5. I want to try the lasagna soup but with zucchini noodles! Then chuck roast, ooo meat loaf looks good too! I do meal prep but sometimes there isn’t much left over.

  6. If it has to cook all day then it’s not 30 minutes. Bell peppers are high in sugar. Not a good keto food.

  7. We had the smash burgers last night. My hubby said thank you for the nostalgia!! They were so simple yet so great, it really was like having a burger from our favorite little burger join many years ago. 🙂

  8. you know i was wondering why the grass fed burger meat was not great for the burgers…too packed…it was always thick and hard. god its always something or another in this food industry

  9. You mentioned that you like pasta with your soup. So, I was wondering if you have tried the pasta put out by the gnom-gnom website people. It’s called Gnooda (pasta). I personally really like it. Maybe if you’ve had it, we could see some recipes using it in the future? Love watching your recipes, it gives me easy good ideas. Thx.

  10. Chaffles seem to be all the rage. The one interesting use I’m going to try is as a burger bun. I’ve got that mini waffle maker on order, and hopefully, I’ll have some buns again. I’ve been eating my burgers without buns, and when eating out (which has been really rare since I’ve been keto, and even more rare since COVID), as lettuce wrapped burgers.

  11. Don’t lock your crockpot, it can explode the lid. I am on a Facebook crockpot site and it has happened to several people. That is just for transporting your crockpot. It builds up too much steam for the steam hole to let out

  12. Meatloaf looks really good, maybe line pan with parchment paper and pull it out when done, may be easier to serve and slice

  13. Looks like 4 quarts of liquid in the slow cooker. Did you add some sort of stock? I can’t see it on the recipe.

  14. I live with chronic pain and it really helps to meal prep and freeze. I’m like you, good some weeks and others not so good depending on my pain level. I really like your videos because it’s content oriented and you put a lot of work into it. Thanks & Blessings ~Sidney

  18. Looks like some good staple keto recipes! Thanks for sharing. I meal prep usually twice a week. I’ll do a whole pork butt for chili verde, big pack of streaks, and/or chicken thighs is always easy. Also roasted veg or sauté for sides.

  19. 🤗Love this content! I struggle with what to make when on low carb. I lose the battle when not having something quick when hungry. Having a plan like this video, will help me to be successful tysm!🙆‍♀️👍

  20. I’m a beef lover so I loved this video. Thx for sharing your recipes!!! When I grew up, your smash burgers were my mom’s hamburgers. But she mixed an egg, chopped onion, salt and pepper into the ground beef before dividing it up and smashing the burgers. Sooo tasty!!!

  24. These look great! I’m leaning towards more soups. My blendtec has a soup setting and I can throw in cold food and pull out hot delicious soups. My family of 4 including 2 under 4 loves asian soups and creamy hardy soups can make a delicious easy meal. Meal prepping is a coin flip for me week to week. 😂 Btw, for the burgers, if you want delicious keto yeast buns checkout *Keto King’s Keto Burger Buns!* 😋💗 They’re shiny, fluffy and amazing!

  28. I’m going to make that Peppers & onion Chuck roast this weekend. Everything looks delicious. Thank you 🌸

  29. BTW always meal prep (okay 90-95%)..gluten and lactose intolerant, so I try my best to avoid eating at cafeteria at work…even if listed gluten free I find it’s not always the case…I now buy prepared frozen gluten free items to keep on hand if I’m too busy to meal prep so as not to get tempted to eat out/order out.

  30. Oh and I don’t meal prep at all. I’m a SAHM so I have time. But I do keep leftovers of everything and eat those through out the week..which is kind of meal prep 😂
