Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Start by making the keto pie crust. Melt the mozzarella cheese utilizing a microwave safe bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes or in a non-stick frying pan over the stove top up until melted. To a food processor, add all ingredients. Pulse till integrated and a dough ball kinds. Place dough into in between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Roll out dough into a circle till the diameter is 2 inches bigger than your pie plate.
