Split the egg in the center of the well and let cook up until the edges turn white prior to scrambling the egg into the egg roll cabbage mix. Mix together mayo and sriracha sauce to make sriracha mayo. Top egg roll meal with sriracha mayo.


1 egg
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 tablespoon monk fruit
1 tablespoon 100% dark cocoa powder
2 teaspoons coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt

Mix together. Microwave for 60-75 seconds.

  1. I don’t mean any offense by this, but I’ve noticed this weird thing when people change their diets. They feel the need to make their new diet taste exactly like their old one. I get that there are cravings, but I tried being a vegetarian a long time ago and was disappointed at the lack of original vegetarian recipes and products. Everything was about making veggies taste like meatloaf, or lasagna, or hamburgers. It seems to be the same with keto. I don’t need my keto diet to taste like pizza. I want to see someone, including myself, sit back and look at the ingredients that are keto friendly and come up with new types of dishes. The simple truth is that when you change your diet from a bad one to a healthier one, whatever your choice, the food is going to taste different. There’s no way around that and no, vegetarian lasagna doesn’t taste like lasagna and no there’s nothing in the keto diet that will replace bread and pizza dough. Trying to do that makes it harder because when it doesn’t taste the same, my cravings for the original seem to increase, while when I try new things I’m having fun experimenting and not thinking about what I’m not having. Anyway, just my thoughts. I do really enjoy your videos though. They’ve given me lots of ideas and places to start and 4 weeks into keto, even with some mistakes, I’ve lost 33 pounds.
