  2. I do an egg fast once in awhile, just to reset my mind. I only do a max of 3 days, but it does seem to kick me out of a stall and reset my mind to get back to business when I fall off that wagon.

  5. I agree I have food aversion to eggs sometimes and also just not feeling hungry. I’ve decided to do KetoChow for breakfast to get more fat in my diet because I know I’m not getting enough. I do drink enough water throughout the day and do Ultima in some of my water bottles.

  6. I agree about the food aversions – no one I’ve heard has ever mentioned that! I gave up on Keto a couple of years ago because I don’t care for lots of eggs, just once in a while. I finally solved that this go around by doing Intermittent Fasting! Just 2 meals to think about – lunch and supper. 🙂

  7. Thank you so much for this. The first time I was on keto, it was for leveling off for hormones and yes I did need to lose weight but I only lost 25 lbs in 4 months. However the hormones and mood change was great. I had a little bit of energy boost every now and then. It was so hard with my family not doing it with me that I eventually stopped.
    This time my hubby wanted to do it with me. I can definitely notice the hormonal change, my hubby lost 20 lbs in a month and I have only lost 8. I meal prep for us both so that just isn’t fair 🤪. I am exhausted this time around though. I am sticking with it because the benefits outweigh the times of sluggishness. I really needed these tips!

  8. Thanks Kim for this video! I’ve not fallen off the Keto wagon b/c still eating Keto, but have stopped losing weight and I think it’s b/c I’m not eating as much fat and probably higher carb intake. I have been giving this some thought on how to get back to where I was and might try to elimate veggies and try the egg fast. I used to do 18 hr fast and for some reason need my coffee in the mornings these days. Thanks for sharing with us. Btw, you are looking amazing 😉 so happy for you!!! xo Mayra

  9. Just started yesterday again! Thanking you kindly ❤️. I made creamy garlic prawns (shrimp) tonight for dinner, and even cooked rice for my partner and didn’t eat any! That is the hardest part when your partner is eating all the carbs 😂

It is good to have everything in your toolbox…a water fast,an egg fast(even though I haven’t tried it because I get tired of foods fast) I do have potatoes every now and then…I try to stick under 50 carbs…It took me longer but I have lost 30lbs…but I totally agree with you…it should be looked at as a lifestyle…and I just say it is a Non Carbage Lifestyle!! I wouldn’t stick garbage in my body so why I stick “Carbage”in my body…when I do eat a few carbs it is a whole food like a sweet potato or red-skinned potato!! I Love eating this way!!😁 I am usually OMAD too!!

  11. I’m a newbie to your channel and I recently ate some lentils and started to feel slightly sluggish and tired…. I fast 20 hours a day… I will try the egg fast… to reboot keto… Thanks for the video🥑🥗🥓🧀🌶️🥒🍋🥚
